BRIEF
Design a custom mobile app for ECLAT members that acts as a digital concierge, digital key, event board, so members have access to the co-working offering including their unique in-house catering service.

CHALLENGE
Translating the brand guidelines, discovery and research completed by EXO Digital and ECLAT into a unique UI design. This project required finding the balance between understanding how to work with specific technical requirements, while striving to create an intuitive experience. We also needed to move fast to launch the app on time for the opening of the workspace. Clear communication and effective design processes were essential for all involved, including ECLAT's founder and EXO's product team
APPROACH
Work closely with the client to align with their vision and needs. Define the app's creative direction, inspired by the brand ethos and physical space. Design according to technical requirements, user flows and desired features. Create and maintain a design system for all UI components. Design for mobile app best practices and accessibility. Work closely with the engineering team to deploy and QA design.
OUTCOMES
The result of this three-month project was a carefully designed custom mobile app that provided ECLAT with a solution aligned to their vision and was honored with the prestigious Good Design Award in 2023.
