Design and implement a design library of web components.

APPROACH
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear objectives every sprint. Create a design library of web components in Figma following best practices and accessibility standards. Design an elegant UI that leverages Crown's brand using textures, materials, typography, and space to convey luxury while maintaining user-friendliness. Adhere to native iOS and Android guidelines for the mobile app. Maintain a collaborative design process. Work closely with the engineering team to deploy and QA designs.
OUTCOMES
After eleven months of intensive work, we launched the Sydney website in time for its grand opening. This project marked a new phase for the business and provided Crown with a scalable platform that is now used for the Melbourne and Perth websites. The app, on the other hand, deployed features to welcome the new resort, including a whole new section for hotel details and an onboarding system for Crown’s loyalty program.
